who knew?

i've wanted to do a boy design with airplanes since i started but i wanted it to be original (not clipart crap)... the thing is, i can't really draw... so, i outsourced the drawing part of my project to my lovely husband and voila! the little pilot birthday invitation is born. adorable!

jack can throw with shocking accuracy. i've seen 12 year olds that can't throw as well as him (i was one of those 12 year olds). looks like we have a natural on our hands.

chocolate

just one of jack outside of the courthouse the other day. we took him to costco right before this and trying to avoid a meltdown like the last time we went, we stuffed him full of samples and snacks. much to his delight, the samples that day consisted of jelly on crackers, brownie bites and chocolate protein bars. needless to say he had A LOT of energy (er, chocolate) to burn off downtown.
